I've had "expert" opinions in favor and not in favor of coffee. I regard both of their opinions. Nothing points directly to I'll effects from coffee, although adrenals and nervous system are activated. If one drinks coffee on an empty stomach it could spike blood sugar in some.
I think the only knock on coffee is that its addictive. Who wants to be addicted to anything?
My personal opinion only... Decaf is not very healthy, based on method of the decaffenation process.
