You are what you eat. But exercise and strength training are part of the process. Nice progress nostr:nprofile1qqsr9cvzwc652r4m83d86ykplrnm9dg5gwdvzzn8ameanlvut35wy3gpzpmhxue69uhkummnw3ezumrpdejqzyrhwden5te0dehhxarj9emkjmn9n4ujym

I’m tracking down 10lbs in last two weeks after tracking food and adding back heavier lifts. Let’s go!

the common misconception for weight loss is to cardio off the extra calories so the simple mindset switch of "lose weight in the kitchen, not the gym" is a huge shift for most people.

lifting heavy and exercise in general does make a difference too though, like you said.

I miss deadlifting 😣

My teen daughters loves deadlifts and squats. She has incredible glutes from squats - a great athletic build. Can’t skip leg days.
