I'm noticing that wallet of Satoshi is taking around about a minute to just recognise the QR code.
It previously use to be so instant that just barely capturing the corner of the QR code would instantly pull up the invoice.
Then sending SATs, (to existing channel connections) takes another 45 seconds.
Last year it used to be lighting fast
Are you using the self-custody version? It’s probably just badly engineered. You can try Blitz which is basically the same thing, but better in every way.

They are probably running it through a "compliance as a service" tool in those moments.
