I'm not an architect but I'm pretty experienced at arguing with architects over ceiling heights lol.
It's funny how grandiose, high ceilings always seems to come into conflict with the need for clear space in the plenum to run duct.
If you start something, I could potentially be helpful as I have some relevant experience doing energy engineering and mechanical engineering for buildings.

I'm sure we'll have no problem finding electrical and low voltage building automation control specialists. That's kind of Bitcoin's wheelhouse trades.
I would guess that there are a lot of home miners who are somewhat knowledgeable regarding HVAC.
I'd think that pipe fitters and plumbers would be the least represented in Bitcoin but I know for a fact that they have at least some representation.
A while ago Marty Bent had a show about "bitcoin urbanism" with contractor/designers trying to promote structural brick masonry in the US. The conversation about what constitutes low-time pref architecture is of interest. Generally bitcoiners' view on architecture seems on the conservative side. For me, contemporary "integral" approaches like Kenneth Frampton's "critical regionalism" are more promising.
