Combined with organic/clean diet… intermittent fasting has been a great way to maintain a healthy weight for me. Down 35lbs since I started in Nov/Dec

That’s not bad 35 pounds and keeping it afloat sounds like a good strategic way to stay ahead

Part of it was a woman breaking my heart, but yes… overall healthier and happier. Glad I learned more about our food supply and adapters appropriately.

Not gonna preach the gospel to others, because it all sounded like a conspiracy theory to me initially… which means the knowledge will spread slowly, and I can just avoid the wilfully ignorant.

Totally respect brother

No conspiracy

We are all different but live similar pains ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ you never know who you can be helping

Agreed.

Just trying to be my best self, put good energy into the world 🤙🏽

Intermettent fasting has been great for my productivity but it's hard get the calories.

You can supplement with Kachava, protein, and fruit. I put them into shakes.

2-3 min in a blender and I’ve got 200-500 calories, depending on what I need. Not an every day solution, but def a meal to go… if you’re day is busy.

I find portion control helps you remain hungry and eating throughout the day…

Then the fasting helps control your metabolism.

IF is a cheatcode. No breakfast is a way of life for me now. Its not a diet. Its a permanent change for the good.

Followed back & 🤔 you don’t like breakfast at all?

With any routine (like fasting) it’s important to cycle off occasionally, so I do love breakfast, but only when I’m not fasting… like when I travel.

When I’m home/on my grind, fasting, no breakfast.

I used to love it. Hard to imagine now but I'd have a massive bowl of cereal, followed by two or three slices of toast and butter around 10. Now nothing but black coffee before midday. I don't have mid morning crashes anymore. I'm 25 pounds lighter and my weight has stabilized for the last 4 years.

Good to know.

Thank you for sharing 🙏

I will stay the course 💪🏽
