Okay , having spent 11 years in Italy I’m confident that your cake pics are not tiramisu- having said that , I’m open to learning- what’s your point anyway ?

This is not the answer to my question. So what if you spent 11 years in Italy. That doesn't mean that is only one receipt for tiramisu.

You are sure, but you can't verify your affirmation.

You just said that it's not, I can say that you haven't been in Italy, but I can't verify what I have said, same thing.
