Are you talking about purchasing a google play voucher, using it to buy zaps ⚡️ from primal in bulk then transferring it to another wallet?
When you pay cash on a google play gift card there is no cash it's considered cash 4 cash value .... no KYC when it's uploaded to your so called play store balance there still isn't anything with your name attached ... ie it was a gift from someone ( gift card ) .....
