FYI: if you have pending payments that seem stuck in Mutiny, please check your wallet more frequently.

Force closes will occur if you do not come back online to finish the pending payment before the timeout. We're seeing an increase in this happening. Especially if the receiver is using Zeus, though it can happen with any payment.

We'll need to do some work to provide notifications / reminders to check the wallet when this happens.

Right on, ya a notification to tell you to open it up so auto pmts can process is a great idea 🤙

Bonus if the notification has a link to open the app.

Also another good idea: if i have auto pay on for my zaps...provide access to the interface for approved / denying invoice payments still. Doesnt need to be present by default necessarily but maybe a drop down so i can manage the pending invoices before i head off to bed, for example.

🤙

for some reason I just lost my onchain balance. +-29000 sats.. what could have happened?

Potential force close that needs time to sweep. Can open up a ticket here with logs and we can take a look: https://github.com/MutinyWallet/mutiny-web/issues

thanks, uploaded the log file

I had a forced close and see a balance on chain now but can't reopen or send out on chain for some reason. When sending shows 0 on chain

Most of the time it just takes a few days to sweep the funds back. If you open a ticket here with logs, we can take a look: https://github.com/MutinyWallet/mutiny-web/issues

Will do. Thanks

What a terrible ux. Self custody lightning will never work for the masses. You can try to do all the stuff on the backend but the architecture of the protocol itself just fundamentally will never be usable as a self custody solution by the common man. People are not going to do this.
