Great job! I'm doing that latter part myself RN. But workouts are over for me; I'm down to just power walking.

Interesting! How many times a week, for how long?

Twice daily, weather permitting. Just ~20mins each, but at 6-7km/h, to keep the blood pressure under control.

Plus 1-2hrs weekly up/downhill.
