I don't know how or why 100 people visit nostrapps.com every day 🤷‍♂️

I was going to close this site down given that it's impossible to keep up with all the apps being built but now I wonder if I should keep it up.

I did when i first started. I'd say i visit ~1x per week

If you turned it into a wikifreedia page it wouldn't be as slick but also less headache

I keep checking if there's something new to try now and then, probably the other 100 where doing the same.

Maybe a feed somehow would help, or an hashtag to follow... 🤔

It's ok, maybe having it over nostr or something for help from others.

If I find something nice I'd be glad to upload it myself.

How would you change the listing process if there were 10k apps applying a day?

I like it and check in periodically. Could you open it up so that others can add apps? It would also be cool to add reviews.

Could you transform it into a Yelp type of system where the users identify the apps, provide the details and do the reviews? May be a market opportunity there anyway, we need a Yelpr app.

Too much work

It's what I first used/discovered as a web client. At least linking to a client's homepage would be valuable instead of embedding, but I get that its work to maintain & costs to host. It says something though that nostrapps.com has best SEO for the job

I think that such a site is a necessity at this stage to help adoption and to showcase that the space is very alive. Maybe you could invide devs to publish their apps on thir own, somehow. I'm no progremmer so I wouldn't know how to do that, so it is just a suggestion.
