How do you get your self back to normal after years of #burnout? What tips do you have to re charge and re vitalise? How do you avoid burnout and #stress going forward?

No matter how many good nights sleep I get I always awake tired. No matter how many projects I finish at work I always feel like I'm over capacity. Maybe this is modern life, but I'd like to believe I can achieve some sort of #balance.

Move to the countryside, work for yourself, get rid of all social media (except 1 hr of nostr), only eat meat & vegetables and train for a marathon!

It is hard work and requires a big life change but it's all for the better. I live in Japanese country-side and every year we get fresh recruits of Americans (usually retired) looking for this exact change.

Living in the countryside definitely makes a difference, I moved out of London about 8 years ago! Now I live in the middle of nowhere 🤣
