The U.S always votes for dishonest individuals. If Ross isn't freed on day one then it's just a normal day in America. Stop worshipping politicians and expecting them to actually listen to you.

Trump is dishonest, we already know that.
the chance he actually frees Ross is above zero but I think it's pretty close to it.
Or even worse, Trump will free Ross just to gain support from libertarians while he never actually supports any legislation or executive orders that would benefit people like Ross, making this just one big stunt.
