It's handled by Strike, no? I'd imagine they are in charge of the audit. Using an alias could set you up for losing the sats if it is on Strike since they are beholding to regulations.

Strike “black service” has a limit of 1 million sats. It’s a soft KYC grey zone. Same thing ZBD does with their products and services.
