Why would a user I haven't blocked & have now repeatedly unblocked keep showing up as tho I have them blocked both in threads & when I go to their profile?

I think some relays sometimes remember old data

But I never blocked them, unless it somehow happened by accident, which seems unlikely

I use Damus. I can’t find the note but I’ll tag him and if he responds, I’ll screen shot it and show how he’s blocked in the thread but I am following him.
