Pixel 8 about to come out
Do you use the pixel? what do you/don’t you like about it ?
the idea of going from apple to google doesn’t feel like a step in the right direction tbh
Get a 2nd hand pixel
Run Graphene OS
Still keep your iPhone till you're comfortable with using the degoogled pixel
Yeah cool. Good option. ty
Yup - Pixel 6 or newer with Graphene.
Run it in parallel to your iPhone & migrate your apps over time. Every time you feel the need to reach for the iPhone, spend some time trying to do it on the Pixel.
Progress > Perfection
Perfect. Ill wait till the new one comes out and try picking up a 7 secondhand 🫡
Pixels are great. I have a 6a flashed with graphine.
The screen based finger print reader fails a lot. I miss the dedicated reader from the 4a. I also don't like not having a headphone jack.
But beyond that its snappy. Graphine takes like 10 min to install so de googling the phone is fast and you can still access the the google apps via Aurora.
For rooting so you have more freedom are.
Samsung galaxy s10 & google pixel phones theres more but they are lower end devices & you want the best for freedom.
Otherwise if you don't care about rooting & having more control over you could go for the latest galaxy.
ty. Much appreciated
Samsungs have great cameras. IPhone users are always amazed at the quality of photos I can take 😊 My last three or four phones were Samsungs and I've never had issues with them.. My husband loves the note, I think the flips are great because they fit in girl-sized pockets 😊
appreciate the feedback 🙌
I love my Google Pixel 7 Pro with #GrapheneOS 💜 the ever best phone experience I had.
Sounds like the pixel is the best alternative.
