KBs are so versatile

I've had one for years and just never really used it. I've been trying to work on mobility exercises for my shoulders and back and knees. Then started to see combos with KB to improve both. It has been kicking the crap out of me. My workout times have gotten shorter and I feel much different after them. I'm really enjoying this
They can also be used to increase joint stability as well as improve conditioning. I am a huge fan of KB training and hope that you continue on the path.
Thanks I hope so too. Maybe by not being dumb and hurting myself I can get a solid routine going. I'm forcing myself to work out even if tired from work
I like to do a small amount of work every day that I never miss that is a minimum effective dose. The key is to build up volume over time and you can’t do that if you overdo it and cause an injury. I’m hoping you can find a small routine that takes about 10 minutes that you never miss. Once you have that locked in you can just keep building on it and avoid injury. I am rooting for you.
