That includes tea bags. They're usually made from woven polypropylene and shed microplastics like crazy into your cup of tea!
I tear the teabag open and pour the leaves in. They pretty much sink to the bottom of the mug. You just have to remember that they're there otherwise you get a surprise at the end. 😑
