Microblogging still not solved IMO. I'd say algorithms are necessary for reasonable UX.

it’s definitely not solved, but its in place and improvements are more incremental

i would feel very uneasy with a platform that can anyday stop working. probably best to just use an actual nostr client and not worry about it.
