I love my country Mar.
But
If states are going to be so intrusive to companies based in /other states/ then it makes sense to incorporate in a jurisdiction which will actively protect you from them.
Is that the US? This case is an interesting test.

staying in a place like Australia is putting up with more red tape, high taxes, and constant restrictions. I know because Canada is the same.
The US, even with its current system, is still the best for entrepreneurs. The future is in free market capitalism and things like Bitcoin. Other countries, especially in the Commonwealth, are only going to hold you back with their anti-business, high-tax policies.
If the US can defend businesses from global censorship, it’ll only make it a stronger hub for growth. If you move to the US. They’ll protect you in the long run but I suspect English countries like Australia and Canada will be forced to adapt to the same laws as the US. It will just take much longer then the US.
Depends on your business, but don't make the move too quick unless you know you will be more profitable,

I don't know what your country is, I thought it was new Zealand, but Canada, new Zealand and Australia are extremely similar and very socialist with most people having a socialist mindset.
I don't love my country, I plan leaving and unless it changes I will keep not loving it. I like Trump because he will force Canada to change via tariffs, then maybe I will start loving Canada. Don't get too attached to a country. It's just dirt.
