I have only kinda seen things in passing so I could be wrong, but I think the govt is trying to classify nitrogen fertilizer as some sort of pollutant so that they can tax the crap out of it or limit it's use & squeeze all of the farmers in some places out of business & force them to sell their land.

This is exactly what is happening, they are trying to push food production into the hands of Gates and others with their sludge food. The whole plan in europe is to destroy food supplies, inflate people’s lives to constant stress, energy shortages, geo engineering of weather patterns. Yeah, eco-regulations are 1) messing with the farmers inputs and 2) outright requiring farmers to stop farming (ie by selling their land or slaughtering their livestock)
