Letβs hear the secrets. Is it wrapped the whole time? What temp are you trying to keep the grill and how long are you gonna cook it?
I wish I had them. It came out drier than I would have liked. Back to the drawing board.

They're tricky but so worth it.
Any tricks you can share? Mainly how to keep it moist, but I'm open to all suggestions.
I really wish I could. Mine seem to be rather random when they turn out well.
