I’m just wishing I had chosen an open source hardware wallet years ago instead of my ledger.

Thing is, since I have my seed phrase (duh) I can change from ledger to something else in the event ledger goes down…

My bigger concern is ledger getting comfy with govt and then it might be too late for me to move funds 🤷‍♂️

It’s not too late right now!

Just hoping “it” don’t break before I fix it 🤪

I’ve got two Ledgers, main and backup.

So I’m “invested” there.

I’d rather stack sats at the moment than spend a few hundred dollars to replace my ledgers with something open source.

I get that but operating in paralelll will do a lot to make you feel better. If you aren’t comfortable with your cold storage it’s better to move it even if you have to stack less for the peace of mind.
