Easy through custodial options. I used to do it a year ago so I'm pretty sure it's even better now.
How you get that pop up
Hold the zap button to edit the amounts ☺️
Yeah I just get a text box to type in.
Are those like selectable options?
I enter those into the text box and then that's what it looks like when I click the zap button. I'm using Amethyst so it might be different if you're using something else.

Yes I get the ability to change. It just seemed like your screenshot had premade options pop up like the boost or quote option you get when you hit the renote thing.
Are you able to type a comma in that screen? That's how you add multiple buttons, one for each value. But I am starting to think the UI doesn't allow you to type if you use comma as a decimal separator.
