You mean separate browser profiles? sure.. that's an option. Solves the local storage/cookie cache issue too. But it means I have completed isolated everything else, which is not always the goal
I'm using nos2x for now btw. I've also using Flamingo in the past
I don't know that there is a perfect solution to the multiuser browser extension. I just use different browser profiles at the moment.
Nos2x supports multiple users, but it's clunky and you need to have the correct user selected in the extension before the signing request comes through. I constantly forget to switch...
