I eat a lot of beef, steak, chicken and dairy along with eggs.

Unfortunately I also eat lots of grains, but few vegetables. I very much like roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes.

I've printed a carnivore diet chart for inspiration and I try to do little steps. It's difficult to get grains out, especially with kids and school, lunch, etc.

Overall I find it challenging. It's also a different price tag, for the frequency and especially when you want quality.

Once you start eliminating them and see how you feel, it won’t feel so hard. I grew up on rice and beans and loved pasta — I didn’t think I could do it but since changing my way of eating I’ve realized how much better I feel without it
