Does the next Bull start when Saylor decides it starts?
I unfortunately think it does.
The ETFβs have introduced a lot of gamesmanship to BTC. ARK is the best example (Cathie is just terrible).
Saylor is slowly killing that ability by buying in bulk & HODLING via MSTR.
This is good for BTC short term (next 2-3 years) but has serious long term implications.
IMO.
It will start going up, very soon. It will continue to do so, till Nov '25 whence it will decline sharply, for a period of roughly 3 years.
