Had very good night of sleep (thank you to my baby daughter for sleeping 10hrs straight 😍).

Not feeling hungry in the morning, but also feeling a bit weak during my morning walk. Chugging water with LMNT for breakfast now.

Fast almost done. Chugged another LMNT water for lunch and even brewed a Sencha tea in the afternoon. Took a long nap in the afternoon as well (really feeling quite weak). After the nap I felt pretty good.

At 5pm now I can feel the hole in my stomach and am really looking forward to dinner.

Done with the fast. Damn, dinner was awesome 😵‍💫😬
