I was fat growing up, and taunted about it mercilessly. It stuck with me, and still does.
A couple of years ago I gave up trying to be lean. I know what it takes. But it’s a price I’m unwilling to pay.
Now I just build muscle. I’d rather be strong and fat than weak and lean.
You could be leaner if you just fast a couple mornings every week and cut out the processed foods 🫡

I’m on OMAD pretty much all the time. It’s rare that I eat something before dinner time.
