I was fat growing up, and taunted about it mercilessly. It stuck with me, and still does.

A couple of years ago I gave up trying to be lean. I know what it takes. But itโ€™s a price Iโ€™m unwilling to pay.

Now I just build muscle. Iโ€™d rather be strong and fat than weak and lean.

Have you tried carnivore diet and working your way up from there?

Yeah, that works for me if Iโ€™m super strict about it.

I lost a bunch of weight years ago on 20g max carbs daily.

I think that bitcoiner gym bro has it right, +10K steps, largely carnivore diet, eating windows (intermittent) and working on +3 times per week is the cheat code, not supplements.

Also, fat and strong is very sexy to many of us. I personally prefer guys like that very much.๐Ÿ‘Œ

At my weight and height, my BMI is 31, making me officially Obese by medical standards. ๐Ÿ˜…

I think itโ€™s more important to focus on the quality of the foods you eat and the type of exercise that works for you rather than the size of your waistline. We all are genetically different and what works for one person may not for another. Focus on how you feel not on how you physically compare to others. ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿผ
