They make the absolute tastiest sandwiches!

I make an amazing flat iron steak and caramelized garlic scapes sandwich on a toasted brioche bun with whiskey butter sauce and melted extra sharp new zealand aged cheddar cheese.

God I wish I was a chef just saying this.

I want to have my own food truck.

It is a lifelong dream of mine that I often wish I pursued instead of getting a degree in media production. Maybe someday I will raise enough funds to make this dream happen.

Sounds delicious! Garlic scapes are an underrated part of spring and fall. You should definitely add that sandwich to the menu when you open your food truck.

Garlic scapes above all other produce is by far the one I get the most excited about at the farmers market. Such a unique robust flavor that pairs well with so many things. Most people do not know what it is, or simply throw it away never knowing how truly delicious it is.
