You don’t mess around Nakad!

I've been Acclimatized at 5k runs for the last few years, so I figured now is the time to up the game a bit. Someone at Nosr told me, instead of chasing times, I should run slower, and longer, and burn more calories.

When I’m running and I start to feel tired, I’m just focusing with my wrist to feel the watch vibration that tells me *1 less km to finish*

I like the meditation of just doing it myself, but i have a running group at work which I might join.
