Stopped reading instantly because it refers to erythritol as an artificial sweetener when it isn't. It's a narurally-occuring sugar alcohol.

So then I guess you didnโ€™t read the second page where it clearly says that itโ€™s a substance that occurs naturally in low amounts but in processed foods itโ€™s used at a massively higher volume, which is why itโ€™s considered an artificial sweetener when used at industrial scale.

So the lesson is to avoid processed foods. Got it.

I will continue to use monk fruit + erythritol, and stevia sweeteners in low to moderate doses just like every other food product.

I donโ€™t think weโ€™re in disagreement here.

Same. Just thinknitbwas a bad post and you should remove MSM from your feed entirely.

All for honey as default sweetener (when you're not doing keto) including manuka honey!

Deal. Iโ€™ll do that as soon as nostr:npub1ngka5wg0m0y08yewl63e2gv4ml4smx0rj69kdsm0tumjaes673sql4xg87 quits Twiddler.

Whyyyyy

Almost outta there!

I use agave & maple syrup for sweeteners. Tree & cactus juice man ๐ŸŒฒ๐ŸŒต

Tell me youโ€™re stupid without telling me youโ€™re stupid.

Substitute sugar with steak butter and exercise!

Sounds like a plan! ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿงˆ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ™Œ
