These days, I avoid overdoing carbs, but when I treat myself, I tend to make comfort foods like mac and cheese, pot pies, cookies, cakes, etc.

Carbs are my weakness - Iβve gone the plant based or gluten free route slowly but surely. My dad is from Guyana and my mom from Panama so I like just about everything!
Both of my parents are Nigerian, so Iβm definitely not afraid of trying different types of cuisine.
Where do you fall on the jollof rice conversation π (if you have a position)? I have friends from different countries claiming their version to be the best of course
Do you even have to ask?! Nigerian jollof is the best hands down.
