WOW 🤯. When I saw

@ElonMusk

's post about #ChatGPT denying the #TrumpAssassinationAttempt was real, I jumped to check for myself. This turned into a long back and fourth and check out what I got it to admit. I'll start with the final admission, then thread how we got there...

Go on...

Go on then

Which is why putting stuff oN tHe BlOcKcHaIn is such a stupid concept. It doesn't make the information real.

#Trump assassination attempt was a real event but it was staged:

You are now blocked.

Reason: to fucking stupid

> You are now blocked.

Reason: to fucking stupid

Says the person that's too stupid to use the correct 'too' in a sentence.

On top of being so stupid that you believed Elon Musk, and you don't know that ChatGPT hasn't been trained with current information from this year.

Discernment

Critical thinking tips:

- Be skeptical of all news, especially the news you like or already believe

- What is the source of the information?

- What is the source's source?

- How credible is that source?

- What biases might the source have?

- What is the context?

- How much information is being conveyed here? What facts?

- How much emotional language is being used?

- What is the framing of this information?

- What is the source directing the reader or viewer to conclude?

- Cross reference it. Are any other credible sources reporting the same or similar?

- Be willing to question your own beliefs and compare what you KNOW to what you BELIEVE.

- Consider opposing views, contradictory evidence, and alternative explanations.

- Assign a weight or measure of credibility to the information based on all of this. Be willing to disregard news you like or want to be true as well as willing to believe news you do not like or do not want to be true.

Instead of projecting on me, maybe you could debunk my argument or maybe you can’t.

"As of May 2024, GPT-4 has knowledge of events that occurred up to December 2023 and GPT-4o's knowledge cut-off is October 2023."

That's why ChatGPT doesn't know anything about the Trump attempted assassination.

Couldn't you do even a tiny bit of research before posting crazy conspiracy theories?

Discernment is important

Seams like something chtGPT would know.

I wonder if chatgpt knows O'Harris is running for president. This happened AFTER the attempt on Trump

Read what I posted again. ChatGPT doesn't know about anything that's happened this year.

So, think for a moment now, when did Harris become the nominee? Was it this year, so ChatGPT wouldn't know, or was it last year?

Ask it.

Ask it what?

What part of 'ChatGPT hasn't been trained with recent data' don't you understand?

If you believe anything that Elon Musk says, well, I understand why you can't comprehend something so basic as a computer needing data before it can analyze the data and provide a response.

Ii do not waste my time on shills it was nice

Getting to know you.

Rather that admit you were ignorant of the fact that ChatGPT hasn't been trained with data from this year, you resort to name calling, insults and blocking me.

I win! 😛

I feel like there are some fundamental misunderstanding what's going on here 😁
