not sure why i haven’t done this before. Trying out a random macro and calorie tracking app.
I took the nutrient pdf from a restaurant i frequent and put in all the data. I can see exactly all of the macros and calories.
Then i can use chatgpt to suggest modifications.
No longer do i have to guess why i’m not losing weight or feeling tired. Just use data and tools.
Most people just need circadian alignment. Have you tried this?

most people just need to pay attention to what they put in their body.
This seldom works if the circadian rythm is disrupted. Or, better, daylight and natural darkness are things we must put in the body as well.
