Having a family member on hospice is the worst kind of limbo. Especially when it’s towards the end end and every time the phone makes a noise, it’s like heart-stopping.

I’m just waiting for the call. Could be in 5 minutes, could be in 3 days, but it feels like everything is on pause.

An old rugby mate of mine was a doctor in a hospice. He took great pride in making his people comfortable. I feel for you, honey. I lost my mum, tomorrow, 30 years ago x

I feel it baby girl. Been there. My mum refused to go into a hospice so my aunt and I looked after her. Hard
