I have faith the free (Bitcoin) market will do what they need to do.. I trust in the community. But those fees are ridiculous..

Sure, if it’s related to peer to peer value transfers of money. Even then they will likely do some and upgrade, isn’t that why they did segwit, fees were getting high.
I’m not even against ‘Ordinals’ in general, but I am against it negatively affecting Bitcoin’s functionality..
segwit wasn't a significant boost. it's impossible to replicate everyone's transactions on every node. blockchains are limited for good reasons and solutions should happen off-chain
