Woke up to the warm, comforting smell of freshly baked bread filling the house—easily one of life’s simplest joys. ☺️

This loaf of #sourdough has a hearty mix of dark rye and whole wheat, giving it a deep, rich flavor.

The crust came out golden and crisp, while the inside is soft, chewy, and full of that beautiful crumb.

Smearing lots of butter, drizzling some honey, and adding a pinch of sea salt flakes.🧈🍯
