I understand that the world is not a “fair” place. But if you win by lying, cheating, gaslighting, blackmailing, etc, is it really something to be proud of?

I can’t lie. That exact line of thought has crossed my mind a few times. I feel like there are too many retards that buy into wokeness for it to be a US conspiracy though.

Yeah I don't actually believe this post. Just thought it was funny

It’s a socialist trait. Definitely not invented in USA or even recently. Many similar historical cases.

Join the movement or be ostracized.

I hear you that the idea is definitely nothing new, but is this flavor of woke something from the US specifically?

I guess it depends what you mean by this flavor. Racial, social, gender, political, all of the above. I don’t think any of those are particularly new to the US. Even the trans agenda isn’t new. The first surgery was done in Weimar Germany by a (no I’m not kidding), gay and Jewish doctor. His research was included in the Nazi books burning.

I would maybe buy that racial wokism is new with BLM cancel culture in 2020, although race tensions have always been a thing, and most countries outside of the US are actually incredibly racist (mainly towards their neighboring countries), despite what our media tells us.

Yeah you're right

I tell my Canadian friends all the time to ignore American news & media. They don't. I remember protests here for George Floyd, against American police violence for some reason. I didn't understand the reasoning, but they happened. Lunacy.

Okay that's crazy

That's what I said. What's it going to do? Nothing but virtue signaling for nothing. Instead of wasting your time on meaningless gestures to "raise awareness", volunteer at a soup kitchen 🤦‍♂️
