Yes it's really unbelievable how much of an effect it has. For anyone out there wondering, it doesn't have to be a big thing, it can be very simple , seemingly small things. I find that once my brain 'locks in' a gratitude it is sooo powerful.
Today mine was: really grateful that the wind has died down and that there is a pizza place that exists ..
