Actually here in El Salvador last year the Congress ("Asamblea Legislativa") adopted a modification to the Tax Code that allows for all citizens to purchase goods or services for up to USD 25k without having to provide with any identifying data (ID card, phone number, name,... o npub, lol).

We'll see if that lightning of freedom will last 🙃.
