If you find an answer, let me know. I know onions relax the veins, allowing better flow and decreasing blood pressure. But directly thinning the blood, idk.

I've read/heard that leg strength is linked to heart health - specifically the thighs. Whether that's causative, idk. But I do squats and I feel stronger when I do than when I don't. I'm also a big fan of holding a weight while squatting.

Onions. Thank you. That's a route to explore. I have relied on onions for ear aches and general cold preventation so I have a respect for them.

Apparently sitting is really bad for the legs since it restricts blood flow at the hip and the knee.

Sitting is just about the worst thing a human can do. Sitting in a chair is worse yet.
