I did. Muscles still hurt..

Took a day off today. After 2/3 days of feeling bad but going anyway I figure my body actually needs a break. Bad sleep recently and diet I think.

Eat more steak

Been eating a lot of chicken. Think Steak specifically makes a diff?

Very much difference

Chicken has almost no nutrients beside protein

Beef is a powerhouse of nutrients

Didn't know that. Ill give it a whirl!
