I wish I'd ever had them. An online revival seems reasonable. I don't even know how to play though. So maybe it isn't reasonable?

Online can't beat in-person.

Absolutely. But it can fill in gaps for people who otherwise wouldn't have the experience at all.

It's fun, but maybe not the same experience.

Half of DND is banter, snacks, etc. That goes missing when the online focus is the game.

Learning how to play is reasonable, I'm learning now. Maybe there's a Guild Hall near you?

I was thinking more about playing with people on Nostr when I wrote this. In person is likely easy given the city I live near.

I'm definitely going to look into local options when I have free time after school. I think both could be fun in different ways.
