I'm so scared to see those "performance" algo ( best zap, most views, most followers) coming on Nostr ! We have seen them from the start and it ends up always the same : people tend to follow the algo at any price ! ( hi tiktok 🤗) . They will do any content to win the competition !
I dream of another algo oriented to me , what do i like and what do i would love to discover here .
That is problem primary with centralysed algo. With FOSS algo with x choicess without information which algo are mostly used you don't know what you want target.

Any algo is like a tax code, where complexity favours the few.
The most important thing is that it works for you. Not for the guy who sells your eyeballs.
Does it save time or help you spend more time?
This question hasn't been answered by humanity yet, i don't know if it's achievable or not - hard opinions one or way or another are unconvincing so far.
