Not worried 1 bit about anyone stealing it.

If you break into my car, manage to wrestle it off the floor, get it out the door & run off with it- Iโ€™d be impressed.

That is a big fucking kettle bell.

I love taking that big steel dog for a walk ๐Ÿ˜‚. Primarily use it for hinge movements, squats and some accessory stuff but I canโ€™t snatch it for reps yet.

Yet! But either way thatโ€™s some weight. God bless you! I want to get a 75lb bag of sand to practice like body rescue workouts. Just in case like. Move up to 100. Iโ€™ve got some space for that now so itโ€™s fuckin on.

Oh yeah. Iโ€™ve always been interested with that type of training, very functional & multi joint movements. Same with whipping the sandbags over your shoulders. Awesome ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
