I love #Nostr, but I feel very disconnected from the people I meet in real life and I haven’t figured out yet how to lure them in.

we have to build our communities both online and offline.
i know 3 people IRL that use nostr. nostr:npub1zhppe482zepyvh0zl86ll78xrmtcwdg4setyhdjt9fcehaa76ceqe64veh nostr:npub15u3cqhx6vuj3rywg0ph5mfv009lxja6cyvqn2jagaydukq6zmjwqex05rq and nostr:npub1jrcfyw8n298jf83txvlxzx0w7jtfwqs0j4ha0dnn9ns33hgm209sqejdcc. i need to work harder on other friends of mine. such as my friend nostr:npub1p3fflkrle46twmjcx0dusn06wv9sfmz6cj4c5etlecf7zzuyj75qmyz7hl. my point is, if you want more people in your social circles on nostr, then you're going to have to bully them into using it 😂 maybe nostr:npub10lasj0tuxuweddwhmucwnm6l458flnu6mqwk38meaxs5matjg4ssac0ywa will help with that when it becomes a bit more stable. that's what im hoping for.

I’d rather have them come with genuine interest instead of bullying them but I guess that’s a big ask 😅
If Nostr can fix the key leakage problem (probably through key rotation) and provide secure DM functionality, I think it'll start to move towards log growth. Until then, I struggle to recommend it to all and sundry.
