Love that elevated grate.
My portable's grate is too close to the coals. Gotta be quick with the turning and application of the lid, especially with Picanha.
Where did you get that griddle and what is the brand?
Some cheap Amazon thing, nothing fancy.
On open fire do you just use a meat thermometer? Or just get it real hot and limit duration?
