I wanted some kind of soup today, but something hardy. I decided on creamy taco soup, with lots of ground beef, cream cheese, and cilantro. Perfect soup for a cold day. #grownostr #foodstr

Maria that looks good. You should post the recipe to Zap.cooking

I’ve posted a few. Checkout my feed for the Turnip Greens Soup I made last night and the cornbread I made today. It’s that kind of weather right now. We are prepping for ice in these parts. Maybe tomorrow all the stores are out of supplies. Folks get crazy when ice and snow show up in the forecast. 🤙🏻🫂

Please do, I would try making it in a heartbeat.

I posted a taco soup recipe there already. But Maria’s looks better.

Ok, i'll go over to the zap.cooking and see if i can figure it out. I'll let ya know.

Ok i think i got it posted on zap.cooking.

Sounds tasty!

I want to try it

Yum

Enjoy 😋

how do you get the cream cheese smooth? mine stays a little lumpy when I add it in...

I just let it heat up in the soup and stir. It doesnt take long to melt while you have the heat on.

that's so weird. I do the same but some lumps just never melt
