That's the wrong way to think about people (and maybe a bit arrogant Hodl). Just because a person has a low IQ doesn't mean they aren't good people though. There's a LOT of very intelligent people in this world who are dangerous to large populations, such as many politicians. I care less about somebody's IQ most of the time and more about their character.

Of course intelligence doesn’t equate to being a good person. But from a wholistic perspective you’d generally want to be in a population with more intelligent people per capita. Despite some downsides, Intelligence is a highly desirable trait that is essential to improvements in quality of life for all. We want our leaders to be both morally forthright and highly intelligent. We shouldn’t settle for less.
With our leaders we certainly seem to settle for a lot less but yeah I agree with what you are saying.
It doesn’t have to be this way. We all deserve more.
I mean, look at Twitter. It's full of dumb, shitty people.
Twitter users have the second-highest intelligence after LinkedIn (and Nostr, naturally).
